INFO ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:  

Marvin Jacobo served as youth pastor at First Baptist Church of Modesto for 18 years. In 2000, he went to work with Modesto City Schools for two years. In 2002, Marvin joined the Youth for Christ (YFC) staff as the founder and director of Tapestry, a Youth for Christ City Life Ministry. Tapestry equips young peoplein higher risk neighborhoods to discover, develop and maximize their God-given potential. Marvin is also the President of City Ministry Network, which works to transform neighborhoods by linking the church and community organizati ons for the glory of Jesus Christ. Marvin and his wife, Cheryl, have two precious daughters, Dayna and Danyel.
