Marriage Lay Counseling

Our counselors utilize an intake assessment process called The Marriage Checkup Questionaire     
There is a $10 charge for the marriage packet to cover its cost. The packet can only be picked up from the front desk at the church office Monday –Thursdays 9am to 5pm.

The Process
•    Complete and sign marriage checkup questionnaire assessments.
•    Return completed assessment to church office Attention:  Susan Leonard.
•    You’ll receive a call to schedule your first appointment (Calls are returned Tues.-Thurs.).

Calls and emails are returned Tuesday thru Thursdays.

*Only the Director of Counseling and/or the Intake Lay Counselor will see and respond to your request. This is a completely confidential ministry.
