RN PM Nurse - Community Hospice - Modesto - Full-time 40 hr./wk. 8 hr./day, position works evenings 4pm-12:30am

Job Responsibilites:
The RN Night Nurse works under the supervision of the Patient Care Manager to provide skilled nursing assessment and care for the comfort and health of patients and families. Responsible for identifying patient/family needs in order to provide supportive care in accordance with plan of care and Community Hospice's policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accreditied school of nursing. BSN preferred. At least one year recent experience within the last three years as a professional nurse or BSN from a program accredited by the National League of Nursing. Possession of a current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of California. Timely renewal required. Possession of a valid California driver's license and current automobile insurance. Clean DMV print out required. Timely renewal required.
