Job Description:
Answer incoming calls & take appropriate action to resolve accounts
Answer questions, process information & customer complaints
Review & process customer accounts & input information & enter notes relating to account
Call insurance company or third party to obtain billing information
Resolve past due or delinquent accounts

Job Requirements;
Ability to work in a team & convey a sense of competence & commitment
Be flexible with shifting daily priorities
A willingness to help others succeed
Meet deadlines working within tight time constraints
Handle a large volume of work & telephone calls
