• Take a moment and re-read Matthew 7:13-23.  Why is it, do you think, “many” find the road to destruction and so “few” are able to find the road to life?

• Jesus mentions watching out for false prophets in verse 15.  What would classify as a false prophet today?  What sheep’s clothing are they wearing to hide the wolf within?

• “You can’t judge a book by its cover, but you can judge a tree by its fruit.”  How does that apply to our life and faith in this context?  How do trees and their fruit line up with the sayings of Jesus about “Lord, Lord” in verse 21?
