Christmas Weekend at Big Valley Grace

This December, Big Valley Grace Community Church brings you Behold the lamb of God - a musical even you won't want to miss. Behold the Lamb of God is not your traditional Christmas production. This special program beautifully reminds us that the story of Christmas doesn't begin with the birth of Jesus. For hundreds of years, prophets foretold that a Messiah would come - a great deliverer.  You'll hear the music tell the of Moses and symbolic story of the Passover-- of God's people longing to be free from the bondage of Egypt. Hear the cries of the Israelites waiting for a great king to come and reveal himself as the Messiah.  After 400 years of silence, God spoke and told Mary that she would give birth to a son named Jesus who would bring a freedom far greater than the chains of slavery -- he would be called the Christ, freeing the people of the world from their sin.  Through music, media and teaching, Behold the Lamb of God will take the audience through this historical journey leading up to the birth of Jesus Christ and celebrate the freedom we have because of him.  Rediscover the true story of christmas. Join our band, choir and orchestra as we celebrate the greatest story in history.
