Hands of Praise
“The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor.” (Luke 11:5) God made us with body and soul and He cares for both. He cares for the spiritual part of man as well as the physical, and so do we.
Hands of Praise is a ministry of Big Valley Grace Church to the hearing impaired. We offer interpretation for the deaf during our 10:45 am hour every Sunday, as well as for special church-wide events. Each week a team of skilled and loving interpreters faithfully communicate the message of God’s Word and song to our deaf family and friends. Social activities and small group Bible study also provide our deaf friends and family with a place to connect with one another and grow in their relationship with the Lord.
