Just Moved

I moved to the Modesto area almost two years ago. It was a time of many adjustments that challenged my heart in every way. As a going away present, I received a book called “After the Boxes Are Unpacked.” I read it repeatedly. That little book did wonders to help me keep my focus on Christ and deal with the ache of being away from everything I knew and loved. Out of the ache deep inside me, God called me to start the small group, “Just Moved.” This ministry equips women with the power of the Word and fellowship as they deal with the monumental, emotional task of moving to a new city.
