Care and Visitation Ministry 

“For I was sick and you looked after me… I tell you the truth, whatever you did for the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” – Jesus

If you, a family member or a close friend are ever sick, hospitalized or anticipating surgery, please let us know. Illnesses– especially those that require hospitalization– can be scary and often create anxiety. God doesn’t desire that any of us should ever to go through that alone. Instead, he has made it clear we are to love one another and encourage one another. We all need that– especially in times of illness.

At Big Valley Grace we have some very caring people who would love to pray with you and offer Christ’s encouragement when you or a family member is ill. Our Care and Visitation Team assists our pastoral staff by calling, visiting and praying for those connected to our church who are ill at home or in the hospital. They make many calls and say many prayers for the more than 100 people who are on our “Known Ill List” weekly.
