Mission: MOPS purpose is to encourage, equip and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother and leader in the name of Jesus Christ. MOPS is: • A place of support, friendship, fun and learning. • A place for moms with children from ages infant to kindergarten to make new friends, share experiences and concerns, relax, regain perspective, talk to other adults, grow spiritually, and express their creativity! • A place to learn from speakers who share biblical truths and practical ways to fulfill the roles of mother, wife, woman and friend! • A place to recharge and relax, knowing your children are well cared for in our MOPPETS childcare program! Why should I join? It's fun! MOPS gives Mothers of Preschoolers the chance to meet with other moms in the same situation. There's time to socialize and a creative activity that you can start AND finish the same day! (When's the last time THAT happened?) A topic that relates to life as MOPS is presented, then discussed in small groups.
What is MOPPETS? Our program provides care for children ages infant to kindergarten. While mothers attend the MOPS meeting, the children enjoy a program designed to meet their needs. The children are divided into age groups and are involved in planned activities including games, stories, crafts, music and play.
