Indian and Muslim
Our passion is befriend, help in practical ways and just overall be Jesus to those of East Indian decent in our community. This includes Sikhs, Hindus and Muslims. Between Stockton and Livingston, there are over 15,000 people from India, as well as six Sikh temples and one Hindu temple. In addition to having a church, we have the India Friendship Center. The center offers English classes, citizenship coaching, counseling, praying for the sick and Bible studies. There are so many amazing stories of people who have discovered the life of Jesus and the great impact He can have on their lives. We need other Christ-followers in our area to help us. We are overwhelmed with opportunities to reach out, but we just do not have people to help. Please let us know if we can help you in understanding the need and vision more.Get Involved:
We need help teaching English to our visitors to the Center
We also need to help for people with their immigration paperwork
We need help in our office with computer skills, building a website and some plumbing work
We need friends who would go and visit our many contacts at their homes and help with Bible studies
We really need a used car or van in good condition
