God has uniquely shaped you, as a member of His body, in an amazing way, so you are fully equipped to accomplish all the good works He planned for you, each and every moment of your life. The S.H.A.P.E. Class is a place where you can start the process of discovering God’s unique imprint and creative design for your life.

The S.H.A.P.E class allows the opportunity to slow down and take some time to review what God has done in five major areas of your life. God has given all believers:
• A Spiritual Gift, which contains a perfect mixture of all spiritual gifting needed during your life for the service for which God created you.
• A Heart passion that works like a magnet, pulling you toward engagement in the good works He planned for you to do.
• Abilities and circumstances in life that allowed the development of skills to be able to accomplish the good works and deeds designed just for you.
• Personality, so your interactions as you carry out these good works would have just the right chemistry to enjoy the work and to work with others in the process.
• Life Experiences that give you insight into your relationship with God and others and how God’s grace touches the deepest and even the most painful periods of your life.

No one throughout all of time has ever been shaped exactly the way you are, and that is not an accident. God has uniquely shaped you and equipped you to do good works prepared just for you as you are on this journey.

During the S.H.A.P.E. class process and follow up sessions you will:
• Discover from God’s word the principles for service
• Discover your God-given shape for His team through a personalized one-on-one coaching session
• Be linked with three possible matching ministry opportunities and trainers and be given the freedom to pick one of the three opportunities and continue the actual ministry discovery process by engaging in service.
• Evaluate if a ministry match takes place. It is a match when both you and the ministry trainer/leader agree that it is a good fit. You have joy in your service and the body and ministry is built up by your service.

After you find your sweet spot of service, consider being a part of H.I.S (Help In Serving) Team that connects all Big Valley Grace servants and helps a person not yet engaged in service find his unique place. H.I.S. Team provides follow up support in this life-long journey of service.
