“Grace transforming lives, one life at a time, one day at a time.” The purpose of Celebrate Recovery is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through a biblical 12-step program, proven effective in thousands of lives. It’s a spiritual adventure! We open the door to healing by sharing our experiences, our strengths and hope and becoming willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives’ problems. Grace moves us from performing and pretending to an abundant life of forgiveness and healing. It frees us to serve and live the lives to which God called us.
Rock Solid Kids: Children’s Recovery MinistryThis ministry meets every Tuesday night from 6:15 to 9:00 P.M.
Our children learn from their earliest years to survive and deal with life and its pains and joys. Some of these survival choices are good, but some, inevitably, are destructive. We recognize that the earlier we teach our children about their emotions and choices, the better off they will be. Rock Solid Kids provides a grace-based environment where children can begin to get in touch with their emotions. They can share the pain of their lives with God and safe people while learning to make good choices instead of destructive ones.
Life Hurts, God Heals: Youth Recovery MinistryThis group meets every Tuesday night from 6:30 to 8:30 P.M.
Life Hurts, God Heals exists for all the same reasons as Rock Solid Kids. In many of our youth, the patterns of destructive choices are already years old and not easily changed. This ministry consists of grace-based environments where teens can share the difficulties and pain of their lives with God and safe people. They can then begin to dismantle the patterns of behavior that often controll their lives.
Celebrate Recovery: Adult MinistriesOur adult ministry consists of three components. Solid Rock Cafe: 5:45 p.m. Tuesday nights, Meals are $3.00
Large Group Gathering: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday nights This group is open to every person who desires to grow in Christ. It meets every Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Youth Activity Center We meet for a one-hour service. We celebrate in worship through song. Then we have a time of teaching on the Biblical principles that are the 12 steps or a testimony from someone whose life has been transformed. The mission of these meetings is to worship God and offer hope to the person new to recovery.
Open Share Groups: 7:30 p.m. Tuesday nightsEvery Tuesday evening at 7:30 P.M., following the Large Group Gathering, we go to our Open Share groups. These small groups are gender and issue specific, and are modeled after a typical 12-step recovery meeting. The mission for these meetings is to help people learn the value of sharing their lives with other people in a safe setting. They receive love not condemnation, advise or ridicule. These meetings are also where people most often meet their sponsor and/or accountability partners. These groups are grace-based environments where there is no expectation of attendance or sharing. We just hope people will come and find the blessing.

Individuals heal by working through the 12 steps of recovery and applying the Biblical principles from which they came. These groups last approximately one year, which is the time it takes to work through all the steps. They remain open for a few weeks at the beginning, then close to new people for the safety and accountability of the group. These groups have weekly homework and individuals are expected to do homework, attend and share at group. Click here to view a current list of available step studies.
